You already know I love caffeine! More specifically, I'm a huge fan of nearly every energy drink that I can get my hands on. But when I piled together my empty cans for the past few weeks, I started wondering if I was going a little overboard...
I was also shocked when my small energy drink/caffeine storage began to overflow...it only has 5-hour energy shots (I love those!), Monster, Monster Hitman, Amp, Rockstar, Energy 2000, Energy Mints, Crave Energy Drink, and NRG (a cheap energy drink powder).
Although I love energy drinks so much, I am seeing the need to limit my intake of them a little more. :P What are your thoughts? Are you an energy drink addict, or do you have a suggestion for another energy drink that I haven't yet tried? ;) Let me know!

ReplyDeleteMost energy drinks are good, but some are plain NASTY! My favorite is NOS, (which you NEED to try, Mike!)Blue Full Throttles, and regular Monsters.

ReplyDelete@Lisa Yeah, I totally need to try that! I heard Full Throttle was LOADED with caffeine, so I have been a little apprehensive about it. But, I will have to try the blue one anyway! :D Thanks for the suggestions. :)
I am not really a well informed "voter" LoL But I would have to say if you like them thats good, if you can't go a day without one! You might be addicted! :D
ReplyDeleteHaha! I think I am...I get headaches without them, and I have only gone 1 day in like two months without them. :P I might want to curb my intake after all. :)
ReplyDeleteHm, I hear ya. I don't always limit my "intake" of something until it's all gone. Then I can have a little fasting season where I can undergo compulsory discipline, so to speak. Then when I have the thing again, I find it easier to follow the limit. I used to have at least 3 peppermints a day, partially to help my stomach, then when we ran out, we didn't get any more for a while. I did have some discomfort in my stomach but learned to not be dependent on the peppermint. So, when we got them again, I still took them again but not as much, and sometimes not even every day! Maybe a short fast, even if it's just a day at first, would help, if this is the direction you want to go?
ReplyDeleteYeah, you're absolutely right. It'd be pretty hard to even go a day without it, but that's better than being dependent on it for survival. :D I think I'll have a short fast from it and gradually increase that. Good suggestion.
